I purchased iRealb but have since upgraded my iPad and had to reset my Apple ID in the process. Now iRealb will not allow me to buy the chord scales, etc. I should not have to re-purchase the app...what can I do?

I purchased iRealb but have since upgraded my iPad and had to reset my Apple ID in the process. Now iRealb will not allow me to buy the chord scales, etc. I should not have to re-purchase the app...what can I do?
Log out then back in from your Apple ID and see if this helps. (Try downloading a free app to check that account works correctly, then another app you have previously purchased before the reset.) If not successful, contact Apple as they will need to check your reset ID (or was it reset password?) is working correctly with the previous purchases.
