Actually, that version isn't quite right on a few counts, it downloads as bluegrass, an intriguing notion, but not exactly faithful to Martha and the Vs interpretation. Then there are only 14 bars after the intro and before the IV chord for "music, sweet music". Oh and I think it's more like D9 to D7 rather C/D to D. So, here is another version, which'll have other errors I'm sure. I've added text to indicate where some of the lyrics are, but you'll probably want to delete those since they obscure some of the repeat and coda marks.
