How do I restore my playlists from older version?

if you have updated, the songs will remain, so I presume you have changed devices? Download iReal Pro from the app store on the new device. Then from the old device, iReal Pro>Settings>Backup and email to yourself on the new device. There are instructions in the email, but basically tapping on the backup file should import into iReal Pro.
The forum playlists and songs can be downloaded within the app from the Forum tab if needed.

And if you also have iReal Pro on your Mac, you can use DiskAid on your Mac and FileApp on your two phones to transfer whole playlists between devices with just USB cables -- no Internet connection needed. Both DiskAid and FileApp are free, and it's like they were made for iReal Pro files, they work so easily.
