How to keep iReal sync'd on MacBook and iPhone

I was at a gig this week and someone called a song that I had in iReal. I took out my iPhone but it wasn't there - it was on my laptop at home. How can I stop that happening?

What's the best way to make sure all my iReal charts are sync'd between my iPhone and my MacBook Air? It seems that there's no automatic way. What I do now is email charts between the two platforms. However, if I forget to do that I'm out of luck and there's no way to check except song by song. On the other hand, if I email something I've already transferred I might end up with duplicates to clean up, and/or to puzzle over which is the correct version.

So - I'd be interested to know how other people handle this issue...? Thanks!
